Day 03 Kovalam/Alleppey:- After the breakfast you will be driven 04 hours to Alleppey, a town with picturesque canals, backwaters, beaches, and lagoons, it was described as the List of places known as Venice of the East by Lord Curzon. It is the administrative headquarters of Alappuzha District. Alleppey has a wonderful past. Though the present town owes its existence to the sagacious Diwan Raja Kesavadas in the second half of 18th century, district of Alappuzha figures in classical Literature.
Kuttanad, the rice bowl of Kerala with the unending stretch of paddy fields, small streams and canals with lush green coconut palms, was well known even from the early periods of the Sangam age. History says Alappuzha had trade relations with ancient Greece and Rome in B.C and in the Middle Ages, as well as with other parts of India.
On arrival at Alleppey check in to your hotel for one night stay.

Day 04 Alleppey/Kumarakom:-Today after breakfast you will be driven four hours to Kumarakom- a home to a wide variety of flora and fauna. It is a noted bird sanctuary where many species of migratory birds visit. The Vembanad Lake, the largest backwater in Kerala, is habitat for many marine species and it teems with 'Karimeen' (Pearl Spotted Fish ), shrimp (chemmeen in local language) and prawns. The bird sanctuary extends over 14 acres (57,000 m²), and came into existence following preservation efforts from the government
Optional Bird Sanctuary visit or backwater cruise in the evening.
Overnight at Kumarakom
Day 05 Kumarakom/Thekkady:- Today you will be driven 4 hours to Thekkady in the Western Ghats mountain range. Thekkady boasts of one of the largest game parks of India - the Periyar Tiger Reserve, where you may spot the tiger and more likely elephants, wild dogs and a large variety of birds.
There is plenty to do in and around Periyar. Perhaps enjoy a boat ride on Lake Periyar to spot herds of wild elephants, or visit the nearby tea estates and spice plantation.
Overnight at Thekkady
Day 06 Thekkady/Munnar:- After the breakfast drive 04hours east to Munnar- a quaint hill station nestled on the verdant slopes of tea plantations that exudes a rare old world charm and reminds one of the days of the Raj in its elegant splendour. At a height of 1525metres, Munnar offers breathtaking views of the surrounding hills.
Afternoon unguided sightseeing of Munnar including, Mattupetti dam, Echo point, Tea plantation and Eravikulam national park.
Overnight at Munnar
Day 07 Munnar/Cochin/ Home:- In the morning you will be transferred to Cochin for your departure flight or train.
